My phone was irreparable after it was determined that the logic board was fried, … More and not only did they refund me the initial technician's fee, but the clerk literally ran out in the rain and down the block after I left to inform me he was going to reimburse. Class act - and a lesson to all business owners on how to treat their customers properly. They've secured my loyalty and I will always refer others their way.

  I'm very happy that I found this store online while I was searching for the best place to … More buy a screen protector. I believe it was their professional web page and being able to speak to an actual person over the phone that led me to choose this business over the others I saw online. As it happens the staff member (Julian Zapanta) who attended to me in the store was the same person I spoke with over the phone. He was courteous as well as informative about the options of protective screen providers they had. He took his time in explaining everything to me for which I was very appreciative. In the end, I chose the Protection Pro for my cell phone screen and a week later I am still happy with my choice. The screen of my cell phone looks sleek with no scratches or cracks despite having been dropped accidentally while at home.
  I was so impressed with the level of service I received that I will be taking my laptop to Mobile Montreal for any future repairs needed.

  The staff is really friendly and I had really nice experience. Went to get the back of my phone fixed and was able to drop it off and get it fixed in the same day. Very speed service. Would recommend 🙂

  It’s the best experience and benevolent experience I’ve had.
  I’ve been there for photocopies and printouts and it costed me like 5.50$ CAD ,which was relatively cheap compared to other places I’ve experienced.
  I’ve paid 5$ in cash but, … More didn’t have extra 50 cents . The guy was so cool and kind to waive off that 50 cents. That’s surely genial . They accept debit cards too btw.
  I was in bit hurry and the guy even asked me if he wants me to delete the email I’ve mailed for printouts to avoid security breaches.
  I think the guy’s name was Julian if I am right. I rate this exclusively for that guy in the front who earned my review. And looking forward to visit this store again .
